Hi and Welcome to ‘What’s So Right’?
So, this is me! Fitness coach, business owner, mentor, author, speaker, competitor, athlete, mum, friend and human being! My life has been a work in progress and it still is. An exciting and ongoing process of learning, unlearning and relearning. The one thing I know for sure is that to change our life we must change our thoughts.
So what’s it all about?
Ok, well let’s begin with my mission statement.
To create a ‘movement’ using the power of the people to change the ‘flight or fight’ synaptic pathways in our brains that has us, as humans, automatically report on and look for ‘what’s wrong’ in the world. To spread a ‘virus’ of tools and techniques, that when practiced daily, can and will change our world into a place where our natural human auto response is to see instinctively ‘what’s so right’.
This is not magic. This is not based on ‘flower power’ ideals. This is not about living in la-la land and just wishing for a good life. This is not about walking round with rose coloured glasses on and chanting ‘ohm’. This stuff works! But it takes practice. Daily practice. I have transformed my relationships. my business, my entire outward world by changing my inward thoughts! You see everything that we want for ourselves starts and ends inside of us, not outside of us.
